A typical drawing for AWWA C207 Class F steel ring flanges. The working pressure limit at water service temperature is 275 psi. The maximum pressure (test or transient) allowed can be up to 450 psi.
The AWWA C207 Class E steel ring flanges (S/O plate flanges) are available in sizes 4″ through 48″. These flanges have the same OD and drilling pattern as Class 250 cast-iron flanges (ASME B16.1). In sizes 24″ and smaller, they also match ASME B16.5 Class 300 drilling for steel flanges.
